Job summary

Poolwerx Boronia is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our two-store team (Boronia and Lilydale) in a full-time capacity. You will lead retail teams, manage stock, oversee scheduling and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will be responsible for coaching staff, analysing performance, and maintaining high merchandising standards to ensure customer satisfaction and business profitability across both locations.
