Job summary

Jurlique is seeking a proactive Retail Operations Lead to join our Western Markets team in Australia. You will partner with Sales, Retail, Marketing and Finance to ensure smooth operations across ANZ stores and channels, delivering efficiency and strong customer service.

The role combines store operations, stock management, project coordination, and business administration, with a focus on operational excellence and scalable processes. Hybrid work supported.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations or a similar role.
• Experience with Shopify POS or retail systems.
• Strong retail and customer service experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and data reporting.
• Excellent organization and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan store operations, monthly targets, commissions, and incentives.
• Provide sales reporting and business insights.
• Support product launches, budgets, invoicing, and admin.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain cross-channel excellence.
• Oversee stocktakes and reconcile variances.
• Monitor stock performance and shrinkage.
• Manage inventory allocation and replenishment.
• Assist Shopify POS setup and promotions.
• Lead store openings, refurbishments, relocations.
• Coordinate maintenance and readiness across locations.
• Support store development projects and drive timelines.
• Develop SOPs to improve efficiency.
• Conduct store visits to simplify processes.
• Support distributor processes and KPI reviews.
• Guide the Operations Support Assistant in delivering key activities.
