Job summary

Jurlique International Pty. seeks a commercially driven Cluster Manager to lead WA retail network, including WA Concept Store and Department Store locations, four days at store and one day on the road.

This role focuses on coaching, operational excellence and delivering strong commercial outcomes, with a hands-on leadership style and a commitment to brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the WA Concept Store and Department Store network.
• Drive a customer first culture and consistent operational standards.
• Manage rosters, labour productivity, payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct regular store visits to coach teams and maintain consistency.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure safe working environments.
• Deliver sales, profit and KPI targets across all locations.
• Analyse performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
• Drive customer acquisition, loyalty growth and local sales initiatives.
• Partner with Department Store stakeholders to maximise results.
• Recruit, onboard and develop high performing teams.
• Coach Store Teams and Counter Managers to lift capability.
• Build talent pipelines and lead performance management when required.
• Champion Jurlique mindsets, behaviours and engagement.
• Support product knowledge and brand training across WA.
• Ensure consistent selling standards and strong brand presentation.
• Maintain visual merchandising excellence and support campaign execution.

Job Description

About the Role

Jurlique is seeking an experienced, commercially driven full-time Cluster Manager to lead the performance, people and growth of our WA retail network - including our flagship WA Concept Store and all Department Store locations across the state.

This role acts as the Store Manager for the Concept Store 4 days per week while overseeing multi site operations on the road 1 day per week, driving exceptional customer experience, elevating brand standards and developing high performing teams. It’s a hands on leadership role suited to a retail leader who thrives on coaching, operational excellence and delivering strong commercial outcomes.

Retail Leadership & Operations
