Job summary

Culture Kings is seeking a Head of Retail Sales & Operations based in Queensland, Australia. You will drive national retail sales across nine ANZ stores, owning payroll-to-sales, shrink, and inventory governance, while building leadership and preparing for new store openings.

Reporting to the VP of Commercial & GTM, you will deliver weekly to quarterly performance reports and collaborate with Finance, P&C and Merch Planning on strategic initiatives to sustain growth and brand excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a multi-site retail network.
• Track record of driving profitable sales growth against budget using core levers.
• Experience owning wage-to-sales and shrink/loss-prevention metrics.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, replenishment and stocktake governance.
• Experience recruiting, developing and retaining store leadership with succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Own national retail sales performance across nine ANZ stores.
• Govern wage-to-sales and shrink as core cost levers.
• Own store-level inventory control and stocktake governance.
• Lead the employment lifecycle for store teams and build a strong Store Manager bench.
• Provide data-led retail performance reporting to the VP and exec team weekly, monthly and quarterly.
