Job summary

Petstock Group is seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator to act as a central point of contact for operational support across our store network. You’ll work with Retail Leadership and Support Office teams to drive communication, coordination, and compliance while delivering operational excellence.

You’ll provide day-to-day support to stores and field teams, triage inquiries, coordinate responses, and assist with communications and roadshows.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to stores, field leaders and Support Office teams.
• Manage and triage enquiries via retail communication channels.
• Coordinate responses and escalate operational issues as needed.
• Assist with creation and distribution of operational communications and business updates.
• Support retail roadshows, meetings and events.
• Schedule and maintain retail audits and distribute compliance reporting.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support operational projects, store openings, acquisitions and refits.
• Maintain store details and distribution lists.
• Coordinate trading hours and public holiday operating schedules.
• Assist with wage control reporting and follow-up activities.
• Record meeting minutes and track actions.
• Contribute ideas to help the team achieve goals.

As our Retail Operations Coordinator, you'll be a central point of contact for operational support across the business. Working closely with Retail Leadership and Support Office teams, you'll help drive communication, coordination, compliance, and operational excellence across our store network.

What You’ll Be Doing…

• Providing day-to-day support to stores, field leaders, and Support Office teams.
• Managing and triaging enquiries received through retail communication channels.
• Coordinating responses and escalating operational issues where required.
• Assisting with the creation and distribution of operational communications and business updates.
• Supporting Retail Operations roadshows, meetings, and events.
• Scheduling and maintaining retail audits and distributing compliance reporting.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Supporting operational projects, business initiatives, store openings, acquisitions, and refits.
• Maintaining retail information databases, store details, and distribution lists.
• Coordinating store trading hours and public holiday operating schedules.
• Assisting with wage control reporting and follow-up activities.
• Recording meeting minutes and tracking actions as required.
• Contributing ideas and supporting the achievement of team goals.
