Job summary

Petstock is seeking a dedicated Retail Operations Coordinator to act as the central point of contact for operational support across our store network. You will work closely with Retail Leadership and Support Office teams to drive communication, coordination, and compliance.

You will provide day-to-day support to stores and field leaders, triage enquiries, and help create and distribute operational updates. Strong organisation and MS Office skills are essential for success in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations, retail support or administration.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day support to stores, field leaders, and Support Office teams.
• Managing and triaging enquiries through retail channels.
• Coordinating responses and escalating operational issues where needed.
• Assisting with creation and distribution of operational communications and updates.
• Supporting retail roadshows, meetings and events.
• Scheduling and maintaining retail audits and distributing compliance reporting.
• Building relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Supporting operational projects, store openings, acquisitions, and refits.
• Maintaining store details and distribution lists.
• Coordinating store trading hours and public holiday schedules.
• Assisting with wage control reporting and follow-up activities.
• Recording meeting minutes and tracking actions.
