Job summary

Knight Frank Australia is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, presentation, and tenant engagement for shopping centres with 190 tenants. You will ensure smooth trading and a great experience for retailers and customers.

Join our national retail team, manage daily tenancy processes across multiple centres, resolve tenant queries, coordinate lease administration, and support marketing initiatives to drive performance.

Qualifications

• NSW real estate Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain).
• Proven experience in retail or property management, ideally across multi-site portfolios.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with a customer focus.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage high-volume tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with tenancy systems and compliance; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily retail and tenancy management across multiple centres, ensuring compliance and presentation standards.
• Act as the primary contact for tenants, resolving queries promptly and building strong relationships.
• Coordinate lease administration, compliance tasks (insurances, bank guarantees), and maintain accurate records.
• Support marketing initiatives, retailer engagement, and trading analysis to drive performance.
• Partner with facilities and portfolio managers to deliver seamless operations and meet KPIs.
