The Role

Join our facilities Management team, a leader in delivering top-tier services to a national retail landlord. You will manage a portfolio of shopping centers across Glenmore Park & Penrith, providing exceptional client service, overseeing contracts, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of two retail centers, acting as the primary contact for maintenance and technical advice.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with risk, statutory, and sustainability requirements.
  • Oversee contracts, service providers, and essential services (AC, lifts, fire safety).
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs and manage smaller capital improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong client and tenant relationships.
  • Prepare monthly reports and monitor energy, water, and operational performance.
