Knight Frank Australia is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee daily retail and tenancy management for a network of shopping centres with up to 120 tenants. You will ensure presentation standards, drive tenant engagement, and support leasing, marketing, and trading analysis to optimise centre performance.

Ideal candidates will hold a VIC real estate certificate, bring multi-site property experience, and excel in stakeholder communication and organisational tasks within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Current VIC real estate Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain one.
• Proven experience in retail or property management, ideally across multi-site portfolios.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent organisational and administrative ability to manage high-volume tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with tenancy systems and compliance processes; Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of daily retail and tenancy management across multiple centres, ensuring compliance and presentation standards.
• Act as the primary contact for tenants, resolving queries promptly and building strong relationships.
• Coordinate lease administration, compliance tasks (insurances, bank guarantees), and maintain accurate records.
• Support marketing initiatives, retailer engagement, and trading analysis to drive performance.
• Partner with facilities and portfolio managers to deliver seamless operations and meet KPIs.

The role

Join Knight Frank’s national retail team as a Retail Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations, presentation, and tenant engagement for Town/ Shopping centres with 120 tenants. Ensure smooth trading and a great experience for retailers and customers.
