Job summary

LiveLife Pharmacy Kepnock is seeking a motivated Pharmacist (full-time or part-time) to join our coastal community pharmacy. You will focus on patient counselling, provide clinical care, and support vaccination services within a friendly, patient-centered team.

The role welcomes new graduates and experienced pharmacists alike. You will hold AHPRA registration, maintain PI insurance, and contribute to expanding services while delivering exceptional care to our customers in Kepnock and surrounding

Qualifications

• AHPRA-registered pharmacist with professional indemnity insurance.
• Willingness to provide patient counselling and vaccines.
• Experience in a community pharmacy setting is preferred.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time or part time customer focussed Pharmacist, who is committed to patient counselling. You will join a Pharmacy network in a coastal community located in the Southern Great Barrier Reef region. New graduates and experienced pharmacists are welcome to apply for the position.

As a LiveLife Pharmacist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Proactively engaging, advising, and enriching the lives of our customers and patients.
• Using your clinical knowledge, skills and experience to provide optimal healthcare solutions.
• Actively implementing pharmacy services and forward dispensing services.
• Being an active and motivating member of the pharmacy team.

About You

We are looking for a person who loves to laugh, smile and enjoy their day, as well as encourage and inspire those around them. To be successful in this role you will need to be an AHPRA registered Pharmacist, hold your own PI insurance and demonstrate the following:

• Self-motivation and eagerness to lead a vibrant team environment.
• Willingness to go the extra mile with a desire to counsel patients with your up-to-date pharmaceutical and clinical knowledge.
• An openness to deliver increased services (as they become available) including undertaking training to do so.
• Ability to vaccinate.
• Enjoying getting to know patients and providing them with tailored input to help them with their health concerns, needs, and goals.
• Ability to clearly communicate and demonstrate a solid understanding of medication management.
