The Pharmaceutical Locum Company – Cairns QLD is seeking a full-time Pharmacist Manager for a community pharmacy in far north Queensland. You will oversee dispensary and retail staff, ensure professional and ethical standards, and provide exceptional customer care while developing relationships with customers.

You must hold an unrestricted Pharmacist registration with AHPRA, have strong communication skills, and work well autonomously or in a team.

• Registered Pharmacist with AHPRA and unrestricted practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary and retail staff and provide training.

• Provide vaccinations and counselling on medications and OTC products.
• Support OTP dispensing as required.

About the Role:

Community pharmacy located in far north Queensland is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly full time Pharmacist Manager to join our team. As Pharmacist your primary responsibility will be meeting all professional and ethical requirements, as well as providing exceptional customer care with the goal of developing relationships with customers, ensuring continued repeat business and long-term success of the Pharmacy. you will oversee dispensary and retail staff, provide training and motivation to the team, inventory management, dispense and check prescriptions, provide counselling and advice on medication and OTC products,vaccinations ,dispense OTP and more.

About the Offer:

You will be required to work full time hours on a Tuesday-Friday 8am-5:30pm and Saturday 8am-1pm roster at a negotiable rate starting at $60/hr + super based on experience. Additionally relocation and accommodation assistance is on offer.
