Elite Supplements Limited is seeking a commercially sharp Retail Manager for our North Ryde store. You will own the store’s performance, lead the team and drive the customer experience, with accountability for revenue, AOV and stock management.

Responsibilities

• Manage store sales performance against weekly, monthly and annual targets with a growth focus.
• Control key levers such as AOV, conversion, gross margin and wage costs.
• Recruit, coach and develop a sales team that hits its numbers.
• Roster to trade, ensure stock accuracy, shrinkage control and stock flow.
• Lead visual merchandising and promotional execution to convert foot traffic to sales.
• Build a loyal customer base and strong local presence in North Ryde centre.

Join the Elite Supplements Team – Retail Manager, North Ryde

We're looking for a commercially sharp retail leader to take full ownership of one of our key NSW stores. This isn't a "keep the doors open" role. You'll be accountable for the numbers, the team and the customer experience, and you'll be rewarded for growing all three.

The Role

Macquarie Centre is one of Sydney's busiest retail destinations, and this store has real upside. We need a leader who reads a trading report, spots the opportunity and acts on it. You'll run the store as your own business. That means driving revenue growth, lifting average order value and product mix, controlling labour and stock, and building a team that sells with confidence.

What You'll Own

• Store sales performance against weekly, monthly and annual targets, with a clear focus on growth
• Key commercial levers including AOV, conversion, private label mix, gross margin and wage control
• Recruiting, coaching and developing a sales team that consistently hits its numbers
• Rostering to trade, inventory accuracy, shrinkage and stock flow
• Visual merchandising and promotional execution that turns foot traffic into sales
• Building a loyal customer base and a strong local presence in the centre and community

What You Bring

• A proven track record as a store or multi-site manager in a target-driven retail environment
• Results you can point to, such as sales growth, team performance or turnaround wins
• A coaching style that lifts people's performance, not just manages them
• Comfort with KPIs and trading data, and the ability to turn insight into action
• Interest in health, fitness or sports nutrition (product knowledge is a bonus, not essential, because we'll train you)
• Flexible availability including weekends, a current driver's licence, and willingness to support other stores when needed
