Elite Supplements Australia is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee and elevate our Brisbane, Sunshine Coast & Central North QLD store network. You will lead performance and operations across corporate and franchise locations, drive promotions, and mentor a high-performing retail team.

You will recruit, train and manage staff, set KPIs, and ensure brand standards. This role suits a results-driven leader with a passion for health and fitness, ready to contribute from day one.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-site retail or territory management.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, people management and HR processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities autonomously.
• Passion for health, fitness and the supplements industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance and operations of corporate and franchise stores across the North East QLD region.
• Execute national sales promotions, campaigns, and HQ directives.
• Conduct store audits and performance reviews across all sites.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage retail staff.
• Set and review KPIs to drive sales growth and operational excellence.
• Support franchisees and assist with HR matters as required.
• Project manage new store launches.
• Ensure Elite's systems, procedures, and brand standards are upheld.
• Drive training and strategies for Elite's private label product range.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading the performance and operations of corporate and franchise stores across the North East QLD Region

Executing national sales promotions, campaigns, and HQ directives

Conducting store audits and performance reviews across all sites

Recruiting, onboarding, training, and managing retail staff

Setting and reviewing KPIs to drive sales growth and operational excellence

Supporting franchisees and assisting with HR matters as required

Project managing new store launches

Ensuring Elite's systems, procedures, and brand standards are upheld

Driving training and strategies for Elite's private label product range
