Qualifications

• Minimum AQF Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum one year of experience in retail management or a similar role.

• Experience in inventory control, sales strategies, and store performance management.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing day-to-day operations of the retail outlet to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable business performance.
• Organising and controlling retail operations, including customer service, stock control, sales performance, and staff supervision.
• Developing and implementing staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage and high customer service standards.
• Analyzing sales data, customer demand, and financial performance to support planning and profitability goals.
• Coordinating stock procurement, delivery acceptance, and inventory control to ensure product availability and minimise wastage.
• Setting pricing strategies, product displays, and promotions to maximise revenue.
• Managing point-of-sale systems, cash handling, and end-of-day reconciliation.
