Star Pharmacy Group is seeking a Retail Manager to lead a store team in Townsville and drive exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

You’ll motivate and train staff, manage stock, merchandising, rosters, and compliance, while focusing on KPIs, budgets, and payroll to support business growth. A people-first, fast-paced environment awaits a proactive leader passionate about health retail.

Formación

• Proven retail or team management experience, ideally in pharmacy or health retail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets and payroll.

You’ll bring:

• Proven retail or team management experience (pharmacy or health retail ideal).


• Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.


• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and payroll.


• Thrives working in a fast paced environment.


• Current or willing-to-obtain police clearance.


• Monday- Friday Availability

Bonus if you have an S2/S3 Certificate or pharmacy experience.
