Star Discount Chemist Marion is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding healthcare services. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract with full-time hours, including every second Saturday. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and drive clinical services to enhance community health.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Proven experience in pharmacy management or leadership.

• Available to work every 2nd weekend.

• Manage budgets, stock control, and store performance to achieve KPIs.
• Ensure full compliance with QCPP and 8CPA professional service standards.

About the Role

As Pharmacy Manager at Star Discount Chemist, you’ll lead a dedicated team and oversee daily pharmacy operations. This full-time role requires flexibility to work every second Saturday.

Your key responsibilities will include:
