Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of proven retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily banking, budgeting, and closing procedures.
• Assign, schedule, and monitor service station personnel, and manage recruitment, training, and performance.
• Ensure promotional material visibility and promote sales and service excellence.
• Greet customers, address inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure a pleasant experience.
• Ensure the premises meet cleanliness and health and safety standards.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to enhance service quality.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

We are seeking a motivated full-time Retail Manager to oversee the entire operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day management and a high standard of customer service.

Job Overview

The Retail Manager will manage all aspects of the service station, from stock control and staffing to promotions and financial management. You will be responsible for optimizing operations,

enhancing customer experience and maintaining regulatory compliances. This role is perfect for a driven leader looking to make an impact in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities
