Job summary

Bunnings is seeking an Investigator in South Australia to join our Loss Prevention team. You’ll conduct investigations into theft, fraud and policy breaches across stores and operations, gathering evidence from CCTV, transaction data and incident reports to support outcomes that protect the business and customers.

You’ll work with store teams and external partners, identifying trends and risks to inform preventative strategies while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in investigations, loss prevention or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to identify trends and risks.
• Confident with data, reports and supporting technology to inform investigations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into theft, fraud and policy breaches across stores and operations.
• Gather and analyse evidence including CCTV, transaction data and incident reports.
• Engage with store teams and stakeholders to support investigations and provide clear outcomes.
• Identify patterns, trends and risks to inform preventative strategies.
• Prepare high quality reports and documentation within required timeframes.
• Support liaison with external partners, including law enforcement where required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools and ways of working.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism and integrity.
