We’re looking for aRetail Leasing Executiveto join us in afull-time, hybrid rolebased in Melbourne. You’ll work closely with the Director across a diverse asset portfolio — driving outcomes, building retailer relationships, and delivering deals that matter.

What the role looks like:

You’ll be in-market, meeting tenants, running inspections, and negotiating face-to-face —not buried in admin. You’ll take full ownership of your leasing pipeline, with direct access to leadership and support. We’re about outcomes, not red tape.

You’ll thrive here if you:

️ Have 3+ years’ leasing experience in shopping centres — ideally with a REIT, landlord-side agency, or managing your own portfolio

️ Bring your own retailer contacts and demonstrable deal flow — you know how to generate opportunities, not just work a handover list

️ Understand asset strategy, tenancy mix, and how sales drive value

️ Prefer conversations over email threads

️ Are organised, commercially sharp, and know how to close

️ Take pride in your follow-through, energy, and standard of work
