The Roles

• Development Managers: Lead front-end operations and delivery management for mixed-use, residential-commercial projects, focusing on developments with over 100+ apartments.
• Senior Design & Pre-Construction Managers: Spearhead pre-construction activities for mixed-use and residential-commercial projects exceeding $100M.
• Senior Estimator: Lead the bidding process and pre-construction cost estimation for projects with budgets exceeding $60M.
• (Senior) Project Managers: Oversee project delivery on mixed-use, residential-commercial projects valued at $100M plus, managing projects with 100+, depending on the scope.
• (Senior) Contracts Administrators (QS): Manage contracts and quantification for projects valued at $100M plus; work on assignments involving 150+ apartment developments.
• Senior Site Managers: Multiple opportunities available for candidates with experience in mixed-use and commercial-residential projects involving over 100 residential dwellings.
• Site Foremen / General Foremen: Join teams working on projects over $80M in value, covering 100+ units/apartments.
• Project & Site Engineers (QA/QC): Provide pre-construction and delivery support, including documentation for mixed-use, residential and commercial projects exceeding $80M.
• WHSEQ Manager: Lead and manage project safety across a portfolio of mixed-use residential and commercial projects (100+ units/apartment developments).

Other Opportunities: Construction Management and Project Director roles are also available for dynamic leaders looking to make their mark across the construction and development spectrum.

About You

We are eager to connect with local professionals who:

• Hold degrees and/or relevant industry qualifications in architecture, construction, project management, property economics, urban planning, or engineering.
• Possess proven experience and a track record of success in delivering high-rise residential, commercial or industrial (mixed-use) projects within the VIC market.
• Have a deep understanding of industry standards, cutting-edge construction software, and strong local market relationships.
