Job summary

Bevilles Jewellers is seeking a Manager in Training to work alongside the Store Manager, coaching a sales team and delivering outstanding in-store experiences. You’ll be hands-on in daily operations, drive KPIs, and help foster a vibrant, high‑performing team culture.

This is your launchpad to a career in retail leadership, offering structured learning, real-time coaching, and opportunities to step into leadership when the Store Manager is away.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail, sales or customer service experience.
• Experience in a team leadership, supervisory or mentoring capacity.
• A love of coaching others to succeed.
• A flair for storytelling and building genuine customer connections.
• Ability to work within a Sunday – Thursday roster.
• A strong sense of accountability, professionalism, and personal pride.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager with team leadership, coaching, and performance.
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences through storytelling and product expertise.
• Achieving personal sales targets while guiding the team to meet store goals.
• Championing our brand through impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Contributing to stock control, cash handling, rostering, compliance and store audits.
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring workplace for your team and customers.
• Leading by example in customer service, professionalism, and personal presentation.
