Bevilles in Melbourne is seeking a Manager in Training to work with the Store Manager, coaching a sales team and delivering in-store experiences. You’ll be hands-on in day-to-day operations, driving KPIs, and helping create a vibrant, high-performing team culture.

This is your launchpad to a career in retail leadership – combining structured learning, real-time coaching, and opportunities to step into leadership when the Store Manager is away.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail, sales or customer service experience.
• Experience in a team leadership, supervisory or mentoring capacity.
• A love of coaching others to succeed.
• A flair for storytelling and building genuine customer connections.
• Ability to work within a Sunday - Thursday roster.
• A strong sense of accountability, professionalism, and personal pride.
