Bevilles in Australia is seeking a Manager in Training to partner with the Store Manager, coaching a sales team and guiding day-to-day operations. You will drive KPIs, deliver memorable customer experiences, and help build a vibrant, high-performing team culture.

This role is a clear pathway to leadership, combining structured learning with hands-on coaching and opportunities to step into leadership when the Store Manager is away. You’ll lead by example in service, presentation, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in retail, sales or customer service.
• Experience in a team leadership, supervisory or mentoring capacity.
• Love of coaching others to succeed.
• Storytelling and building genuine customer connections.
• Ability to work Sunday–Thursday roster.
• Strong sense of accountability and personal pride.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager with team leadership, coaching, and performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through storytelling and product knowledge.
• Achieve personal sales targets while guiding the team to meet store goals.
• Champion brand via visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Contribute to stock control, cash handling, rostering, compliance and store audits.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring workplace for team and customers.
• Lead by example in customer service, professionalism, and personal presentation.
