You will work closely with the Store Manager to develop people, coach the team and model outstanding service on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience such as Assistant Manager, 2IC or 3IC is desirable (as stated).
• Strong customer focus with the ability to coach and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing sales team and inspire peak performance.
• Build genuine customer relationships and maximise sales opportunities.
• Take ownership of store operations in the Store Manager's absence and support recruitment and onboarding.
