Prouds Marion is seeking an ambitious Assistant Store Manager to join Australia's leading jewellery retailer, Prouds The Jewellers, part of the JPL Group. You will work with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, mentor staff and deliver outstanding customer experiences across the store.

You'll lead on-the-floor coaching, recruitment, onboarding, training and store operations, including inventory, rostering, visuals and loss prevention, with opportunities to progress to Store Management.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience, ideally as an Assistant Manager or senior sales professional.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop others to achieve sales goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers and team.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example on the sales floor and drive sales performance.
• Coach and develop Team Members to achieve individual and store goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and development of staff.
• Manage store operations including inventory, rostering, visuals and loss prevention.
• Step up to lead the store when the Store Manager is away and build a positive team culture.
