National Facilities Management seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a retail/BMC development in Dee Why. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure building performance, safety compliance, and resident satisfaction, coordinating tenants and contractors to deliver a premium living and working environment.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in facilities management within a BMC retail building.
• Strong technical knowledge across building systems and operations.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with residents and stakeholders.
• Experience interpreting budgets, financial reports, and managing operational expenditure.
• Comprehensive understanding of residential strata schemes and maintenance management.
• Sound knowledge of compliance requirements and WHS obligations relating to contractors, strata, and residential buildings.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong sense of initiative.
