Job summary

National Facilities Management (NFM) is seeking a Senior Building Manager to oversee a premium residential development in Sydney CBD and Dee Why. You will lead day-to-day operations, coordinate maintenance, ensure compliance, and deliver outstanding resident service.

The role requires at least 5 years in building and facilities management, strong knowledge of building systems, and proven stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Building and Facilities Management
• Strong knowledge of building systems and operations
• Exceptional customer service skills with residents and stakeholders
• Experience interpreting budgets and financial reports
• Comprehensive understanding of residential strata schemes and maintenance management
