Job summary

Reece Group, home of Bathroom Life in Darwin, is seeking a customer-focused sales assistant to help builders, designers and homeowners navigate bathroom renovations. You will assist customers in selecting products, quote and process orders by phone and email, and use our 3D Planner to bring dreams to life.

You’ll also visit sites for updates, maintain strong relationships, and help keep the showroom welcoming and safe. Weekend shifts may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service, with a focus on building relationships.

About The Role

As part of the Bathroom Life team in Darwin, you’ll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

Your day to day

A Typical Day Will Involve

• Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products
• Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
• Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
• Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
• Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
• Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow
• Is comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systems
• Is open to working various shifts, including weekends
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office (we love to promote people from within)
