Job summary

The Reece Group in Canberra (Fyshwick) is seeking a customer-focused sales assistant to support builders, designers and homeowners on renovation projects. You will help customers select bathroom products, manage quotes and orders, and use the 3D Planner to visualise ideas. The role includes visits to sites, warehouse duties and local deliveries.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, are energetic, tech-savvy, and eager to learn and grow within our network.

About the role

As part of the Bathroom Life team in Fyshwick, you’ll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom, and undertake other tasks that keep the warehouse and inventory running smoothly.

Your day to day

A typical day will involve:

Guiding customersand helping themchoose the right bathroom products

Proactivelyidentifyingandpursuingnew opportunities to grow sales and market share

Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone

Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life

Visiting customer offices and building sites to build relationships,understandproject needs andwinwork.

Undertaking warehouse and inventory control activities

Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers

Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow

Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems

Comfortable working in a warehouse space, moving inventory and making local deliveries to customers

Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office (we love to promote people from within)
