Job summary

Reece Bathroom Life in Darwin is hiring to support builders, designers, and homeowners on renovation journeys. You’ll advise customers, prepare quotes and orders, and use the 3D Planner to bring dream bathrooms to life.

Join a team focused on service quality, learning, and progression within an expansive national network. Weekend shifts and a proactive attitude are valued as we help customers create their dream spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Energetic, initiative-taker open to learning.
• Comfortable with computers and learning new systems.
• Willing to work various shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting bathroom products.
• Create and manage quotes and orders via email/phone.
• Use the 3D Planner to visualise customer bathrooms.
• Visit customers onsite to provide updates and build relationships.
• Keep showroom operations running smoothly and safely.

About the role

As part of the Bathroom Life team in Darwin, you’ll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

Your day to day

• Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products
• Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
• Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
• Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
• Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
• Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow
• Is comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systems
• Is open to working various shifts, including weekends
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office (we love to promote people from within)
