Commonry is expanding its presence with a part-time Concession Supervisor role at Myer Toowoomba. Lead a small team to deliver an elevated customer experience, leveraging strong product knowledge and relationship-building skills.

You will oversee training, scheduling, and back-of-house tasks while driving sales and KPI targets within Brandbank Group collaborations. Great opportunity for growth in a collaborative concession community.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.

• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships through exceptional service.

• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business KPI’s.
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.
• Tuesday - Saturday roster (25 hours a week)

We are expanding our presence across Myer nationally, and as part of this exciting growth we are looking for a part‑time Concession Supervisor to lead our Myer Toowoomba pad. THE ROLE:

• Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership, with proven ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
