Job summary

Commonry is expanding its presence with a Myer Ballarat concession and seeks a part-time Concession Supervisor to lead a small team while delivering an elevated customer experience. The role focuses on strong leadership, product knowledge and genuine customer relationships within the Myer Ballarat pad.

You will join a collaborative concession community, working with Myer partner brands and Brandbank Group brands, with opportunities for future career growth within the network.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership, with proven ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.

Responsibilities

• Drive an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.
• Tuesday - Saturday roster (25 hours a week)
