Job summary

Commonry is expanding its Myer Cairns concession and seeks a part-time Concession Supervisor to lead a small, passionate team. You will deliver an elevated customer experience through strong leadership, product knowledge, and relationship-building.

Responsibilities include driving sales and KPIs, mentoring staff, managing rosters, and handling back-of-house admin. This is a great opportunity to grow with a national fashion group.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a small team in a retail setting.
• Strong people leadership with ability to mentor the team.
• Ability to build lasting customer relationships through service.
• Attention to detail and a passion for styling and VM.
• Commercial acumen to drive sales, wage targets, and KPI performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve KPI targets.
• Empower the team through training and collaboration.
• Motivate staff to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Drive rostering, stock support, and back-of-house administration.
• Work Tuesday–Saturday, 25 hours per week.

We are expanding our presence across Myer nationally, and as part of this exciting growth we are looking for a part-time Concession Supervisor to lead our Myer Cairns pad. THE ROLE:

• Drive an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.
• Tuesday - Saturday roster (25 hours a week)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership, with proven ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
