Job summary

Commonry Pty is expanding its presence with Myer Miranda and seeks a part-time Concession Supervisor to lead a small team and deliver Elevated customer experiences. You will drive sales, manage rosters, mentor staff, and maintain product knowledge and Visual Merchandising standards in-store.

• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.
• Tuesday - Saturday roster (25 hours a week)

We are expanding our presence across Myer nationally, and as part of this exciting growth we are looking for a part time Concession Supervisor to lead our Myer Miranda pad. THE ROLE:

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership, with proven ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
