Commonry is expanding nationally via Myer Chatswood and we are seeking a part-time Concession Supervisor to lead the pad with passion for premium service.

You will drive a best-in-class customer experience, train and empower the team, and coordinate rosters and back-of-house tasks to support sales goals. This role offers growth opportunities within Brandbank Group brands.

We are expanding our presence across Myer nationally, and as part of this exciting growth we are looking for a part-time Concession Supervisor to lead our Myer Chatswood pad. THE ROLE:

• Drive an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.
• Tuesday - Saturday roster (25 hours per week)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership, with proven ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
