Job summary

Commonry is an Australian-owned brand redefining inclusive fashion and is seeking a Casual Retail Sales Assistant for the Myer Ballarat concession. You will deliver genuine customer service, apply selling techniques at every interaction, and help maintain stock, VM standards and store housekeeping.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED TO:

• Apply the required selling techniques at every customer interaction to deliver service that is consistent with the Commonry service standards

• Has previous fashion retail experience
• Is passionate about providing genuine and meaningful customer interactions
• Has a can-do, positive attitude to all areas of work
• Is a friendly, enthusiastic person who is confident talking to different customers and building relationships
• Confident to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Is well-presented and has an eye for style
