Job summary

Brandbank Group is seeking a talented Retail Cluster Visual Merchandiser for Pacific Fair to uphold our high merchandising standards across concession and concept Stores.

You will interpret VM guidelines, identify opportunities with store management to boost sales, and maintain presentation excellence. The role runs Monday to Friday with no weekend work, offering a clear career pathway and generous employee benefits within Seed Heritage and related brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years merchandising experience for fashion retailer.
• Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills.
• Be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Have a passion for merchandising and for attention to detail.

We are currently seeking a talented and committed Cluster Visual Merchandiser to join the Pacific FairCluster. This position is responsible for ensuring our high standard of merchandising presentation is consistently applied across our concession and concept Stores.

THE ROLE

• Applying/interpreting and implementing the in store VM Guidelines
• In conjunction with the Store Management Team, identifying and actioning merchandising opportunities to increase sales
