Job summary

Seed Heritage is seeking a Retail Cluster Visual Merchandiser to join the Pacific Fair cluster. This role ensures merchandising presentation across concession and concept stores by applying VM guidelines and seizing opportunities to drive sales.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of fashion merchandising experience, strong time management, and can work independently or as part of a team. Monday to Friday roster with no weekends, plus brand discounts and a clear career path.

We are currently seeking a talented and committed Cluster Visual Merchandiserto join the Pacific FairCluster.This position is responsible for ensuring our high standard of merchandising presentation is consistently applied across our concession and concept Stores.
THE ROLE:

• Applying/interpreting and implementing the in store VM Guidelines
• In conjunction with the Store Management Team, identifying and actioning merchandising opportunities to increase sales

• Assisting the Windows Team with installing the Window & Instore VM Concept.
