Job summary

Seed Heritage, a Brandbank Group brand, is seeking an Assistant Manager for our New Farm Store in Brisbane. You will help lead our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high-performing culture focused on customer experience and sales excellence.

Work with the Store Manager to deliver an elevated customer experience through product knowledge, mentoring, and collaboration. This permanent role offers a clear path toward future leadership opportunities within Brandbank Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar leadership role in fast-paced fashion retail.
• Ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve sales targets.
• Strong visual merchandising and customer service focus.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with ability to manage stock and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Assist with driving a customer-focused culture and memorable customer interactions.
• Support Store Manager to engage and empower the team through training and mentoring.
• Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Support with driving operational excellence, rosters, and back-of-house administration.
• Roster Sunday to Thursday.

THE ROLE:

• Assist with driving a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
• Support the Store Manager to engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
• Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
• Support with driving operational excellence, managing rosters and preparing back-of-house administration.
• Sunday to Thursday roster.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role in a fast-paced high volume fashion retail store.
• A supportive leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
• A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
