Job summary

Seed Heritage is seeking a talented Cluster Visual Merchandiser to lead VM standards across the Booragoon Cluster. You will implement VM guidelines, spot opportunities to boost sales, and maintain high-quality store presentation. You will also support the Windows Team with Window and Instore VM concepts.

The role runs Monday to Friday with no weekends, offering the chance to shape brand visuals across multiple stores in a dynamic fashion retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years merchandising experience for fashion retailer.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Passion for merchandising and attention to detail.

We are currently seeking a talented and committed Cluster Visual Merchandiser to join the Booragoon Cluster. This position is responsible for ensuring our high standard of merchandising presentation is consistently applied across our concession and concept Stores.

The Role

• Applying/interpreting and implementing the in store VM Guidelines
• In conjunction with the Store Management Team, identifying and actioning merchandising opportunities to increase sales
• Maintaining VM standards and store presentation standards
• Assisting the Windows Team with installing the Window & Instore VM Concept.
• Monday to Friday roster- No weekends!

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 2 years merchandising experience for fashion retailer
• Possess excellent time management, organisational and communication skills
• Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Have a passion for merchandising and for attention to detail
