Job summary

Fantastic Furniture seeks a Regional Manager to lead a network of stores, develop confident leaders and drive regional results. You will spend time in stores, coaching teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience and strong commercial outcomes.

The role requires five+ years in multi-site retail leadership, a track record of building high-performing teams, and the ability to travel regularly across the region.

• Five+ years' experience in a comparable multi-site retail leadership role.
• Proven record of leading high-performing teams across geographically dispersed locations.
• Strong commercial judgement, including experience achieving sales and profit targets and managing costs.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear store plans and follow through on delivery.
• Strong coaching, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Practical approach to problem-solving and confidence leading change.
• Flexibility and the ability to travel regularly across your region.

We're looking for an experienced Regional Manager who can turn business strategy into practical action, develop confident store leaders and deliver consistent results across multiple locations.Reporting to the Chief Retail Officer, you'll lead Retail Business Leaders and/or Cluster Managers across metropolitan and regional stores. You'll combine commercial focus with a hands‑on approach to coaching, helping each store build a strong team and deliver a great customer experience.

About the role

You’ll take ownership of your region's performance, spending time in stores to understand what's working, address challenges and support your leaders.

• Developing strong leaders: Coach and mentor store leaders, support performance and build succession plans that develop future talent.
• Driving commercial results: Deliver sales and profit targets, manage controllable costs and help stores put effective business plans into action.
• Putting customers first: Build a consistent customer experience, support teams to deliver on customer promises and resolve escalated concerns.
• Lifting operational standards: Maintain strong merchandising, stock integrity and compliance across the region.
• Leading safety: Embed safe working practices, ensure training is completed and support teams to identify and address risks.
• Making improvements happen: Identify opportunities, lead change and work with support office and supply chain teams to improve store performance.
• Connecting with communities: Support local and company-wide community initiatives.

You're an experienced multi-site retail leader who knows how to deliver results through people. You can challenge performance constructively, build trust with your teams and give leaders clear, practical direction.
