Job summary

Fantastic Furniture is seeking a hands-on Retail Business Leader for our Osborne Park store in WA. You will lead day-to-day operations, blend sales, service and logistics, and stay visible on the floor to support your team during busy periods.

You’ll develop people, set clear expectations, drive performance and create a welcoming customer experience from browsing to collection, while managing rosters, stock and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail store or comparable business.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and improving performance.
• Strong coaching skills and experience developing team members.
• Confidence managing rosters, stock and daily operations.
• Clear communication and a calm approach to solving problems.
• Commitment to customer service and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of the store, coaching and developing your team to hit sales and service goals.
• Build a positive team culture where people feel supported and accountable.
• Deliver a welcoming customer experience, from browsing to collection.
• Track sales and business performance, identify opportunities and implement improvements.
• Manage rosters and resources to meet customer demand.
• Oversee stock management, merchandising and showroom/warehouse presentation.
• Maintain a safe workplace and ensure store procedures are followed.
• Resolve customer concerns with practical, solutions-focused approaches.
