Universal Store is seeking a driven and inspiring Assistant Store Manager to join our team as a Full-Time role. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager and mirror many Store Manager responsibilities, providing a clear pathway for retail leadership growth.

This position operates on a Sunday–Thursday roster, with up to AUD 4,000 in commission potential and strong development opportunities including technical and leadership training, plus a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in retail.
• Strong sales focus with ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Warm, confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong operational understanding — VM, stock, store standards.
• Flexible, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to brand presentation.
