Job summary

Reece Group in Morayfield is seeking a warehouse/trade counter team member to deliver parts, assist customers and support day-to-day branch operations. You will deliver products using a company vehicle and help with stock control, order picking and shop-floor displays.

The role involves providing product information, friendly customer service, and working across shifts including weekends. Previous retail or delivery experience is ideal, with a valid driver’s licence and computer literacy.

• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
• Can use a computer and is happy to learn new systems
• Has a clean, valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends

About the role

As part of the Trade Counter team in Morayfield, you’ll divide your time between delivering products, providing customer service to plumbers and other tradespeople as well as undertaking other tasks that keep the warehouse and trade counter running smoothly.

A typical day involves:

Delivering parts and products to customers using a company vehicle

Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities

Helping keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe

Providing customer service and information about products
