Job summary

Property Network of Australia is seeking a Retail Manager to join a leading property management business on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will support the Centre Manager in overseeing centre operations, ensuring compliance, optimising returns and maintaining effective communication with tenants, contractors and clients.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in retail property management, knowledge of the Retail Shop Leases Act, proficiency in property management systems and MS

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail property management or asset management.
• Strong knowledge of Retail Shop Leases Act and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in property management systems and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse data and deliver accurate reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day centre operations to maximise net returns.
• Oversee rental, outgoings, and tenant charge collection.
• Prepare reports, tenancy schedules, and budgets accurately and on time.
• Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and tenants.
• Analyse centre performance and support marketing initiatives.
