Job summary

LagardèreAWPL operates across 150+ stores in Australia and New Zealand, delivering dynamic travel retail experiences. We seek a Retail Area Manager for Western Sydney International airport to drive profitable sales growth, lead Store Managers, and ensure outstanding customer experiences across stores.

You will optimise labour, inventory and merchandising, build strong relationships with airport stakeholders, and uphold security and safety standards while working a rotating roster in a fast-paced

• Proven multi-site retail leadership experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and KPI delivery.
• Excellent coaching and people development skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Flexibility to work rotating roster (early mornings, late nights, weekends).
• Valid working rights and aviation security ID ability.

The Role:

As a Retail Area Manager in brand new Western Sydney International airport, you will drive profitable sales growth, exceptional customer experience, and operational excellence across all retail stores through effective leadership, coaching, commercial execution, and performance management.

What You'll Do:
