Job summary

LagardèreAWPL is seeking a Retail Performance Manager for Western Sydney International airport to drive profitable sales growth, customer experience, and operational excellence across multiple stores.

You will coach Store Managers, optimise labour and inventory, and build strong relationships with airport stakeholders while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. This role requires flexibility for a rotating roster and valid working rights.

• Proven multi-site retail leadership experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent coaching, people development and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster (early mornings, late nights & weekends).
• Valid working rights and ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card.

The Role

As a Retail Performance Manager in brand new Western Sydney International airport, you will drive profitable sales growth, exceptional customer experience, and operational excellence across all retail stores through effective leadership, coaching, commercial execution, and performance management.
