The Role:

Step into a dynamic Multi-Site Store Manager role at Sydney Domestic Airport.

As a Multi-Site Store Manager at Sydney Domestic Airport, you’ll lead multiple stores and teams, creating an aligned, high-performance culture and delivering exceptional retail experiences to our customers. No two days will be the same – and you’ll thrive in the variety and challenge that airport retail offers.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience managing multiple retail sites or a high-volume flagship store
• Ability to juggle operations, people leadership, and performance goals
• Strong communication and the skill to inspire and coach diverse teams
• A polished, professional presence and positive attitude
• Proven ability to inspire, coach and empower team members
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster (early mornings, late nights & weekends)
• Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
