Harvey Norman Cairns is seeking a passionate Administration Clerk for a 6-month fixed-term full-time role. You will support purchasing processes, retail operations and customer service within the Cairns administration team.

The successful candidate will excel in communication, be highly organised, and capable of handling filing, banking, and general admin tasks with minimal supervision. Flexibility across trading hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English, verbal and written.
• Well organised with strong time management.
• Experience with filing, creditors, debtors and banking.
• Capable of resolving customer complaints quickly.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Willingness to learn and flexible retail hours.
