Job summary

Harvey Norman Lismore is seeking a passionate Administration Clerk on a Parental Leave cover for 6 months, full-time. You will support purchasing processes, retail operations and customer service within the Administration Team.

The role requires excellent English communication, strong organisation and proficiency in Excel and Word. You will work in a team, handle filing, creditors, debtors and general admin with minimal supervision, including weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English, verbal and written.
• Highly organised with strong time management.
• Experience with filing, creditors, debtors, banking and reconciliation.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Competent with Excel and Word.
• Flexible across retail trading hours including weekends.
